When reading about Disney, I knew immediately I would want someone to plan my trip for me as I have four kids and a full-time job. She handled our transportation, strollers, etc. Christine took the time, numerous times, to explain the Disney genie, which could be very overwhelming. I received such detailed itineraries that I knew every second of my day. When booking SeaWorld, she made sure to wait for a time when she knew we would get discounted pricing (Black Friday sales ). She was there with every phone call. Even when I called from Disney, she immediately got back to me within minutes. She made sure that our trip was memorable and perfect in every single way. Exceptional support and organization with every trip! Christine has been planning my trips and has done a great job, such great attention to detail with so much information, tips, tricks, apps and on demand support when needed through the trips. This past week we spent a few days at universal and it was amazing, Christine gave us some great information and it made our trip very memorable and stress free. Not easy to do at such a big park, but it truly was everything we hoped for and more. She has answered every question I had big or small and checked up on me while we are at Disney even while she is on vacation! Christine was absolutely amazing! She took care of every single detail of our Disney Cruise and Walt Disney World vacation, from dining reservations, hotel stays, special experiences and even our Lightning Lane planning. Everything ran so smoothly that all we had to do was relax and enjoy the magic! She took the time to call and review everything a few days prior to us leaving answering all our questions and even reviewing how to navigate the Disney apps!
